Our regular guests always emphasise the quality and the CroisiEurope style, which is always the same regardless of the ship and therefore regardless of the chef de cuisine. Balance of flavours, creativity... with the company's signature throughout our fleet. Gastronomy is one of our strong points and benefits from the "French touch" sought after by gourmets all over the world.
CroisiEurope has chosen to entrust the menus to the restaurant manager Alain Bohn. A great ambassador of French gastronomy and a loyal partner of CroisiEurope for 25 years, he designs and reinvents the menus served and prepared every day on board.
Alain Bohn is a member of the Association of French Master Chefs and the Rotisserie Chain.
On CroisiEurope we have a unique dining experience. There is only one meal time, as it is possible to accommodate all passengers in the restaurant at the same time.
The lunch service is adapted to each ship's schedule and to the itinerary, area or places visited. For example, the timetables for a river cruise on the Guadalquivir will be different from those of a cruise on the Danube, the latter being more European.
The same happens with the type of food, which tends to vary depending on the countries you visit. However, you will always find a wide range of gastronomic options to choose from. Breakfasts are buffet style, while lunches and dinners are served at the table.
The quality of the food on CroisiEurope is one of the factors most appreciated by travellers and in general, it is an exquisite French cuisine, with carefully prepared and delicate dishes, with the best ingredients and delicious flavours so that the passenger can enjoy this culinary experience to the fullest.
The menu usually includes a starter, a main course and a dessert. In addition, in summer on some ships, succulent barbecues are served on the sun deck!
On our gastronomic and oenological cruises you can enjoy the touch of three-time Michelin star Marc Haeberlin and the world's best sommelier, Serge Dubs, who is also involved in the selection of the wines in the all-inclusive formula.
As for the drinks included during meals, passengers can choose between water, soft drinks, wine, beer, juices and coffee.
In addition, all ships have a bar which is always open. The bar is where all life on board takes place, with shows and entertainment for the whole family. If the guest wants a more special drink, there is always a wine list and other drinks available for a fee.
*If any passenger has special needs, vegetarian, celiac, children's or diabetic menus are also available.
